Your assignment:  1.  make a menu in Spanish  and 2. make the March GHS menu in Spanish

HOW?

1.  MAKE a MENU:  open a microsoft word doc:  you may use a blank doc and create your menu, or you can OPEN > NEW> and choose a menu template

PRINT to library color or SAVE your work this way:    File -- save as -- (call it something like MENU) save it here:    server -- student folder (open it) find your year (open it) find your name (open it) and save it there!!

WHAT DO I DO FOR MY MENU?

Your menu should include and will be evaluated on:

1.  el nombre (apropiado) del restaurante:   chosse an appropriate name for the restaurant/menu title

2.  Un listo de entremeses:   a list of appetizers (at least 5)

3.  un listo de bebidas (at least 5)

4.  un listo de platos principales  (5)

5.  un listo de postres (5)

6.  los precios correctos:  correct prices IN PESOS:   (10 pesos = $1.00

7.  Creatividad/calidad:    creativity and quality of menu

8.  Incluye fotos, graficas de comida / bebida:  include pictures / fotos in your menu.

9.  son realisticas y buenas:    the menus should be realistic and great/neat!

You will use these menus when practicing/performing a dialogue in a restaurante! ;)

Sra Gaspar has the information for you for the GHS menu:   you will be given the GHS menu, a date/dates, and use the template in the drop box to create this.   You don't have to make it with this template: you just have to change the information (date and what's for lunch)  Print to hp lab when done.
